FixToGet warrants all repairs against defects in the parts replaced or services performed when the product is used normally in accordance with the manufacturer user guides and manuals, with a period of 90 days following delivery of the equipment to the customer.
Issues that arise and have no association with the original repair are not covered by warranty. These issues are subject to additional costs to repair.
This warranty does not cover:(a) Cosmetic Damage; (b) Normal wear and tear; (c) Improper operation; (d) Improper voltage supply or power surges; (e) Signal issues; (f) Damage from shipping; (g) Acts of God; (h) Customer misuse, modifications, or adjustments; (i) installation, set-up, or repairs attempted by anyone other than
FixToGet; (j) Products with unreadable or removed serial numbers.
FixToGet is not responsible for loss of use, loss of information or data, commercial loss, lost revenue or lost profits, or other indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages.
The warranty includes labor required to replace components or perform service that we originally repaired, but may not include additional labor and parts required to restore the equipment to full operation, particularly if the new failure was caused by the failure of parts that we did not repair.
It should also be apparent that if, for example, we repair part A of a stereo, and later part B fails, the repair of part B would not be covered by our warranty.
The
FixToGet technician will diagnose if the issue that arose was associated with the original repair.
This warranty may change without notice, but any change will not affect your
90-day warranty.
Warranty only valid with invoice: Information must be readable and the invoice must be signed.
